“Very nice hotel in a great location. Just wish I had a better over all experience.”
I already had a bad first impression of the property as there was an error with my booking and I was not refunded for over a month. No one would get back to me and I had to chase my money down. The property didn’t compensate me in any way for the inconvenience and blamed booking.com. The property also has issues with the shower in my room. With the water coming out orange. They offered to moved me to another room. However it was already late at night. So I asked for someone to check it in the morning. They did not. So I didn’t use the shower for another night. Still no real compensation for my inconvenience

Great facility, Canopy hotels are always great to stay at. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space for bags. Room was clean and comfortable.
