Overview
Hotel Rural los Caracoles offers panoramic views over the Axarquia area of Andalucía, on the Costa del Sol. It consists of cave-like buildings in spacious gardens. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and mountains and over Frigiliana and Nerja at Los Caracoles. It lies 60 km from Málaga, 10 km from Nerja and 8 km from the village of Torrox. The Caracoles has a free car park and a cosy restaurant with a terrace. The area is ideal for hiking. Each of the rooms at Hotel Rural los Caracoles comes with heating and a minibar. All have their own terrace area and a private bathroom with a bathtub.

We recently stayed at Hotel Rural Los Caracoles and it was an absolutely perfect experience. Our kids instantly fell in love with our bungalow, calling it their own little "Smurf house"—it was such a charming and unique touch to our stay. The views from our private terrace were simply breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for our morning coffee and evening relaxation. While the hotel offers a wonderful sense of peace and tranquility, it is also incredibly convenient; we were able to reach the beautiful beaches of Nerja in just 30 minutes. It felt like the best of both worlds: having easy access to the coast during the day, then returning to the quiet, calm environment of the hotel to unwind. The pool area was a major highlight for our family. It was fantastic for the kids, and we spent many happy hours there together. We truly couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience. Highly recommended!

“Terrific place to stay”
Fantastic views and sweet place to stay. Quite a retro feel to it. We slept amazingly well too. Frigiliana is gorgeous and welcoming - loved the three cultures aspect of it. Cave visit at Nerja was brilliant.

The location - simply stunning The quietness of the place - felt like we were on a mountain retreat. Just us and nature. Loved the bird song, the goat bells, and the peacocks were fabulous. Loved the no choice breakfast - plates of food brought to your table and everything was delicious. The chap working solo, looking after everyone, was brilliant.

The location was exceptional and so was the athmosphere. The view is beautiful and it is worth the drive up to the mountain. Moreover, the breakfast was amazing with a large variety of foods. Staff were really friendly.
