The place was quiet and still close to the Centre. The owners thought carefully about all the details to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They even offered excellent wine for free. It was spotlessly clean, too!

The apartment is freshly renovated, spacious, has all neccesssry equipment. Very good location near the lake and old town. The personal is very polite and pleasant.

We had booked the loft apartment it was imaculately clean. Well furnished and equipped with everything we needed.. It has big windows for natural light and we loved the rooftop views in all directions Location was great just a short walk to the lake less than 10 minutes. A bakery and small supermarket at the same distance in the other direction. The owner was very friendly and helpful.He greeted us in person on arrival and gave us useful local knowledge, answered any questions before arrival or during our stay quickly.

The host was great and while handing us the key offered some recommendations for food. The apartment itself was great and very clean. There were coffee pads for the machine and it is close to the lake.

Beautiful House with well thought out details. Very comfortable and clean even small details like Night lamps with 2 USB chargers in each side of beds for all Rooms Excellent stay. Less than 5 mins walk to Train station, Bus and also to lake.

We visited (Two families and kids) Bodensee in Apr 2023 and stayed at Villa Dana, Friedrichshafen for 5 nights. The property was renovated with brand new amenities equipped with Kitchen, Toilets, Cots in Three Bedrooms, Living Room and a Balcony. The property is located in the very close vicinity of Friedrichshafen Bohnhoff and Bus Stand. I must say Mr. Hendrik (owner of the property) was very generous towards us, and helped us with every perspective. He took care of collecting the names and helped to get our Bodensee tourists pass as well. I will certainly recommend the property to my family, friends and colleagues.
