“Great potential, but currently needs more care”
The room was nice looking and appeared to have gone through renovation recently. The location is quite good near Friedrichhafen promenade. The owner received us and was friendly. There were kitchen and laundry appliances available and the internet worked fine.

Great view of the lake!!!! Fantastic for your breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Friendly staff. The rooms were clean.

“Misleading pictures + terrible upkeep = nasty surprises”
Location was close to the Friedrichshafen port and some shops. Also there's a gas station, electric charging station and parking near by.
