Located at a traffic circle, we were concerned about noise, but this was not as problem. The hotel was very quiet and perfectly positioned just a short walk from the lake promenade.

“Great hotel”

The hotel is really nice, the room was the right size, the shower was great. The gym is great too, it has a lot of good equipment for being a hotel gym. The restaurant is good, breakfast was excellent and dinner was good too. The staff is lovely and polite. The car park is small, so make sure you book your spot if you travel by car.

Breakfast is great and the lady serving the coffee is very nice.

It was a wonderful last minute New Year experience. The hotel was spotless, the staff amazing and an amazing breakfast, which included a glass of champagne. What a treat!

Great location and the food, especially dinner in the Zeppelin Stube, was great. The breakfast buffet was also super with a wide variety of wonderful things including real tea in special cups. Easy walk to station, the lake promenade is a few minutes away (and we had a lake view too). There was a lovely Sky bar with lake views too. Nearby shops and restaurants an easy stroll including the terrific Zeppelin Museum. For travelling to other places on Lake Constance, the harbour has many ferries, even to Switzerland.

After a slight hiccup which was dealt with quickly, the room was fabulous and clean. The food in the restaurant lovely. Staff professional and helpful.

My partner and I visited Friedrichschafen for a music festival and primarily picked this hotel because of the location. It was so lovely! The room was lovely, clean, well-organised, and had great lighting. The hotel staff were really helpful, they had an iron and ironing board for me to use, and they even had a pillow menu to select from, with special pillows with various herbs and such to promote a good night's sleep. There's a lovely restaurant in it which had a great menu and the breakfast was spectacular. There's even a Skybar on the top if you fancy a cocktail in the evening and if you get there before the sun goes down you'll have a wonderful view of Lake Constance.

The restaurant was exceptional.
