My stay at Hotel Gerbe in Ailingen was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the hotel’s extraordinary ambience. Inside, the atmosphere is incredibly cozy and relaxing, filled with thoughtful, beautiful details that create a warm and inviting space. Every corner of the hotel reflects a genuine passion for comfort and style, making it feel like a home away from home. The garden is truly a unique oasis of tranquility—crafted with love and perfection. It’s the perfect sanctuary to unwind, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful spots that invite you to pause and soak in the serene environment. This outdoor space alone makes Hotel Gerbe stand out as a gem in the region. The food was absolutely delicious, elevating my stay to another level. The breakfast was extraordinary—fresh, varied and beautifully presented, providing the perfect start to the day. Every meal felt carefully prepared with high-quality ingredients and creativity. The hotel’s bar is a highlight in itself, offering an outstanding selection of cocktails, wines, and delicious drinks. The bar-woman’s kindness and warm personality made every visit special, coupled with great service that was attentive without being intrusive. What impressed me the most was the outstanding professionalism and kindness of the entire hotel staff. Everyone was genuinely helpful and pleasant, always ready to assist with a smile. “Classic German Hotel in the heart of Bodensee”
The Hotel has a nice location with a classic Restaurant which serves nice food. There's also a nice sized pool downstairs but sadly the Sauna wasn't available in the morning which was a bit disappointing. There's a nice atmosphere in the Hotel and staff are good. We would stay again.

The hotel is situated at a very nice location away from crowded Bodensee. The ambiance of the hotel restaurant, especially the table setting outdoors, was impressive.
