Overview
Haus Pia Executive Apartments are only 250 metres from the beach, the main train station and the ferry harbour. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size boxspring bed, an extra large smart TV and a work desk. There is a common courtyard garden with a seating area, a campfire site and barbecue facilities. Gourmet tea and coffee as well as other beverages are complimentary. Haus Pia offers meeting and party facilities, a home theatre, a small gym and a flight simulator which can all be used for a fee. A selection of cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets can be found within a 1-minute walk. Bicycle rental and private parking are available at the property. The area is popular for biking and outdoor sports. The nearest airport is Friedrichshafen Airport, 4 km from the property.

“Simply wonderful”
The host was very friendly, responds to messages very quickly. I loved the location of this accommodation. With the option to park the car, it made my stay very easy. The house is well equipped, it has everything you need to live, the kitchen had a brand new stove and oven. Everything worked perfectly. The accommodation space is pleasant and has plenty of space for a couple. I really enjoyed my stay and I am very grateful to the host.

The furnace was very noisy and made the air too dry ... We couldn't sleep at all. The bed had syntetic sheets ... not comfortable at all ! The owner responded to this review with a rude comment, with lies ("small surcharge"), and with personal remarks.

The hosts were more than friendly and super flexible and accomodating. They invited us to a special dinner and cultural exchange that was super warm and interesting! The location is excellent. Easily to reach by train, walking distance from lake, supermarket, main attractions in Friederichshafen and transportation by boat or train to explore surroundings of Boden see.

“Comfortable and safe stay!”
All electronic and kitchen utensils in the apartment are both top quality and fully equipped. That's why we were able to eat different meals of the day both in the garden and at the huge dining table in the kitchen. The furnishings were very comfortable and clean. Thanks for everything!

“Lovely studio stay in Bodensee”
The studio was very modern and very comfy with a full kitchen and lovely bathroom. The location was very central, with lots of restaurants and the lake withing short walking distance. We traveled with our small dog, so having a closed garden was important as well as having a big park across the street to walk him. Parking was also secure and next to the property. The owners were really nice and even invited us to an evening of wine and fun stories.
