“A comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment”
Beautiful place in the countryside with all that nature has to offer. Franzy the owner sees that you are very well accommodated. The place also has a games room equipped with billiard and table tennis.

“Well equipped house in a beautiful rural location”
The property is in a beautiful location, surrounded by apple orchards. It is so well equipped - it had everything we needed, and the honesty box snack cupboard was a lovely touch. The facilities are modern and clean. Franzy was friendly and helpful, and everything was perfect! As we were here to attend a family wedding we requested an iron and ironing board for making sure shirts we’re looking their best, and these were in the house when we arrived. If we come back to the area we would definitely book here again.

“wonderful place to stay at Bodensee”
This place is perfect for family or families we were two families total 10 people and the location is great it is not far from the Bodensee lack and it has the country side with all the apple fields so it is pastorale quiet and the stars at night - end of the road....OMG Franzy (the host) she is very friendly and wants that he guests will have all what they need for a good stay there are Ping-Pong, Snooker, Petang and lots of games for kids all the facility for BBQ and Kitchen and room is all equipped so we stayed there for 4 days and we had great time we really recommend
