Overview
Bio-Inn am See is located in the Fischbach area of Friedrichshafen, just a 5-minute walk from Lake Constance. These apartments are furnished with organic, natural materials and offer free WiFi. Each apartment features furniture and flooring made from sustainably sourced natural wood and the taps all have filters. The apartments feature moveable walls to create private sleeping areas in the open plan living space. Guests are welcome to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, coffee machine and dining area. There are a number of restaurants, cafés and bakeries within a 5-minute walk. Lake Constance is the perfect backdrop for walks and cycling and bikes are available for free at the property. The lake is ideal for swimming and boats can be hired locally. Fischbach Train and Bus Station is just 200 metres away from the apartments and provides links to central Friedrichshafen. The Swiss city of Zurich can be reached in just 1.5 hours via the A4 motorway.

“Perfect place for a family”
Everything was great, nice host, very clean apartment with everything we needed, great terrace, very close to the lake and nice swimming pools. Grocery store 5min walk and a bakery only a bit further. Both the bed and the foldable couch were comfortable for sleeping. Parking right in front of the apartment.

Excellent host EXCELLENT HOUSE with all facilities for a family!I have 30 houses in Athens for rent and I really admired their organization and the fact that the house looked like it was renovated last week!

Really lovely and unique place to stay, not far from the shore. Very quiet and comfortable and located near many services such as bakery, supermarket, restaurants, a heated outside swimming pool with lake access etc. Check-in went really well, and the host was very friendly and took time to explain everything to us. The apartment has a lovely terrace, which is completely covered by a roof. This worked in our favour as it was raining during most of our stay. We definitely would come again and can recommend this place if you are looking to stay near Bodensee.

“Beautiful apartment in a great location to explore Lake Constance.”
Beautifully appointed modern apartment with everything we needed. It felt new so we were surprised to hear it was in fact 10 years old. Everything was of the highest quality and spotlessly clean. The Bodensee tourist card gave us free bus and train travel in the area although we didn’t know that on the first day and only found out when someone else told us. The apartment is in a fantastic spot - so quiet yet only a five minute walk from the train station and with restaurants within walking distance. Great secure parking in a garage for our motorbike.

“Nicely designed apartment in a perfect location on Bodensee”
Very well appointed apartment with everything one needs for a vacation on Bodensee. The Freibad/Strandbad are a five minute walk away—location couldn't be better. Our host was super helpful, friendly, informative, and provided us with change of towels during the week. Highly recommended.
