The Hotel is situated in a great position to explore the Forest. Breakfast was adequate and evening dinner was lovely. Use of the indoor pool provex useful as one of our days was sadly a wash out with rain all day. Use of the garage was great at a cost of 8 euros a night. Made it easier to pack and unpack when raining.

Super hotel just outside the main town - to give the best of peace and tranquillity as well as a short distance to the town with restaurants and shops.

Very comfortable hotel with a lovely restaurant and excellent food. The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and comfy. Very clean and a nice view over the woods. Plently of free parking. A shame we didn't have time to try the pool but it looks great.

Room was immaculate, the furniture inside the rooms was very classy and it gave the room an expensive feel

Lovely location on the edge of town with a nice open park adjacent to the hotel, handy if you've got a dog and need some green space around. Our room had a great balcony, which gave extra space and allowed us to open up the doors and enjoy the fresh air. Must say, the restaurant is superb, really excellent staff both at dinner and breakfast, and we couldn't fault the food. Very good. Brilliant location for not only visiting Freudenstadt (which is lovely) but as a base for drives along the stunning 500 route and stop offs in the Black Forest National Park.

Very large room, nice quiet location. Lovely breakfast. Staff all really friendly. Very dog friendly, can even sit in a different part of the restaurant with your dog. Close to town, taxi (they allow dogs aswell) or 20 minute walk. Plenty of car parking. Spa facilities although we didn’t use them (wish we brought our swimming things but we forgot). Everyone was so nice and made a big fuss of our dog, nothing was to much for them. Thank you!

“Excellent value for money with delicious food and a comfy bed”

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have experienced in a European hotel. The restaurant was yummy. Everything from cake to venison goulash was very good.

Lovely room with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant for dinner served excellent meals. Close to town and Black Forest walks.

We love the the space of the rooms; the balcony looking over big green lanscape. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful.
