“Nice apartment in a lovely city part”
The location was nice. The breakfast was nice and tasty. When the window was closed, the room was quiet. Staff offered hot water in a thermos.

The staff. The food. The room evrything was amazing it was clean the staff was supper friendly. I could even chrck in earlier. Would recomend to evryone jist remember the rooms are not 100% sound proof but fairly quite tho compaired to other hotels.

The property was central to everything. I loved the morning view on the plaza and on the Black Forest. The room was big, clean and nice.

If you dont speak German be very careful about booking this hotel, the owner checked us in and she was rude, abrupt and unhelpful, we couldnt get any information on parking, breakfast or how to get back into the hotel after 8pm. We were honestly shocked by her attitude - the eye rolling and refusing to look at google translate made her very unsuited to the hospitality industry. Please check other reviews before booking if you are not German.
