“Peace and quiet between the animals ❤️”

Very welcoming and friendly hosts and a farm where your eyes can wonder! Absolutely amazing breakfast buffet with lot’s of fruits, croissants and even natural honey from the comb! Great value for money. We stayed one night passing through and the surrounding area looked interesting. The property seemed very child friendly.

Claudia and Jonathan were perfect hosts and the place is just delightful. Everything was top quality in the rooms and very clean. The small farm brings nature into the stay without it being intrusive. Breakfast was plentiful and varied ( my wife had a raspberry framboise which was amazing). Also had evening meal twice which were also both excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

We had one of the best experiences ever of hospitality at the Moulin de la Rouchotte. It was an absolute delight to be in this quiet location behind the village where Jonathon and Claudia have lovingly restored the old stone mill and turned it into a haven for the discerning guest. If you appreciate artistry in decor, organic food, attention to detail, high quality bathroom products, good conversation, then you will find a special atmosphere has been created here. The breakfast was ample, organic, tasty and fresh, with the odd hen who laid your egg strutting around outside in the courtyard. Sleeping is sweet on a quality mattress, inside the deep quiet of the thick stone walls. We will certainly return to this place.

“A lovely rural retreat with delightful hosts”

Really welcoming, friendly, multilingual and unflappable hosts in a very rural setting - free range chickens & geese in the yard. Excellent food and drink, and a good recommendation of a place where we could go to eat on the evening when we were not eating at the Moulin. Nothing was too much trouble - Claudia even kindly made an appointment for our dog to visit the vet for the treatment & paperwork required before returning to England, as well as providing a dog bed and towel for our room. She also provided some special treatment spray when we were adversely affected by ants.

Very nice place with the atmosphere, great people living in and giving a lot of energy to this place. Excellent breakfast.

Had a wonderful overnight stay at Moulin de la Rouchotte. The hosts were fantastic. We had a great sleep in a comfortable room followed by a great breakfast.
