The University Inn is located across from campus but has nothing to do with “University”; a missed opportunity to sign a contract and provide discounted services for faculty and students visiting the campus.

Staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and secure. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and pillow cases were clean. The aircon worked pretty well. The fridge was handy for cold drinks everyday. On our arrival in Fresno, we were told by locals that we knew, that this hotel can be noisy with ‘undesirables’ staying there and that they would have recommended someone else; however, we enjoyed our stay and there were no issues at all.

We came after dark, few vierd ppl around parking lot. Motel is used living. Some drug users are living there. Room was little dirty.

Washer didn't spin and dryer didn't start. I had to grab wet clothes from machines and drive to nearest laundromat.

Surprisingly modern and clean rooms, pool was great as well.

Ok for one night between Yosemite and Sequoia

The room was very clean and the mattresses were very comfortable and made of foam. The AC worked really well, too.

Very nice motel. Good staff. Convenient location on the way to Yosemite Park. Free parking right next to the motel. There is a microwave and mini-fridge in the room

Unusually rude and unhelpful staff. The beds were uncomfortable and the air condition was loud.
