Great location, nice staff, beautiful lobby decoration.

“Faded Grandeur”

Bar staff were brilliant, service was 5 star. Food came out very quickly and was to a fault epic.

Food in the restaurant was excellent, room was good.

The free wifi requires you to become a member of the hotel. Besides that, the free wifi is not enough to do anything productive. They also sell a premium internet package, which is quite absurd to me. I had to use my phone data to work from the hotel, which defeated the purpose of staying at this hotel in the first place.

I had a great stay at this hotel – the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything worked as expected. The only downside for me was the price, which felt a bit high. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, and the quality of the hotel did help make up for it. I suspect the price might be influenced by the lack of competition in the area, which could explain the higher rates. Still, it’s something to consider when booking.

“Good value for money”

Hotel, room, restaurant and bar was very good, no doubt. Breakfest was very good tasted.

The security gaurd allowed us to park the car closer to the entrace as it had our gear in the car and this was extremely reassuring.

Property was ok but in hotel room there was no refrigerator and hot water cattle for making Tea. even tea bags were missing

The ambience in the lobby was great. The room was clean but the beds and pillow were super comfortable, Staff were really helpful about some cultural questions, changing bills, and early check out. Food was good.

Great staff at check in, great hotel in terms of services and room. Good bar service and on site restaurant. Loved the cookies.

Very noisy at night, windows don’t block out the trains honking all night long.

The location cannot be beat. Easy walk to food and drink. We went to a concert at Tioga Brewing, right around the corner.

Beautiful designed hotel. Bit old school n the outside, but inside we appreciated the architectural shape and design of the hotel. Small but delicious swimming pool

“Will be back for a third visit”

This is a great hotel - we have stayed there before and would come back a third time. It was a great breakfast and very nice accomodations You feel safe here due to security gaurds that took their job seriously.

front desk. my reserved room was not ready. Front Desk did not give me options and we are running late with our visit to the viewing and rosary, not until I have to asked again, and let them know that I need to check in and freshen up, before going to our appointment. Reserved room was paid upfront and I wasn’t pleased when they said my room is not ready while in fact, it’s already past 3 PM.
