Beautiful old house with lots of charm and character, the room was big and comfortable. The gardens were stunning. The hosts were warm and friendly, they provided a lovely dinner in the beautiful dining room.

This property is the owners home and it was beautiful and fully in keeping with a French Manoir with fabulous furnishings and a lovely garden. We were made very welcome. We had requested dinner as we were not sure where we could eat nearby. We were served in a private lounge and the home made food was delicious.

The location was perfect as it is a short drive from the motorway and close to Cande. The house was peacefull and in a lovely location opposite the church. The breakfast was delicious and served with style in the spacious and beautiful kitchen. We loved our room which looks out onto the garden and had been exquisitely decorated. The bed was sumptuous and very comfortable with carefully laundered sheets and a gorgeous French quilt. There was always plenty of hot water and the room was scrupulously clean with plenty of hanging space. The hosts were wonderful ! Very friendly, kind and generous and spoke very good English which was a great asset for us . Their house has been lovingly restored and decorated to the highest standard. It is an historic home full of interesting features and the garden is stunning. We will most certainly return to this very special place.

Our hosts were congenial , but not as warm as you would like - Beautiful home , there were a few rules , that made our stay a little uneasy, but saying that they did try to be as helpful as possible - perhaps with a bit more time and practice , they would relax into the role as host- Thiery and Laurent are working to make the house and garden as lovely as they can and they are certainly excelling in that area- as an interior designer and artist , it is reflected for sure in this beautiful place

Amazing hosts. We felt outside reality for an evening. We had an amazing dinner and breakfast in the garden entairtained by sparrows . Fantastic interior decoration completing perfectly old stones and walls. A jem!

The accommodation area is in a nice town with plenty of parking and a pleasant rural atmosphere, located in a restored mansion with magnificent antiques, special attention has been paid to every corner of the guest rooms, the rooms are incredibly comfortable and stylish, the beds are comfortable and the pillows are perfect, a great shower and the dinner and breakfast were very tasty. The hosts are wonderful, answered all our requests generously and with a smile, helped me prepare a surprise for my fiance for his birthday and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommend!!

Everything about this place is exceptional. It is an amazing find. Laurent and Terry are wonderful hosts and made our stay so memorable. The house is stunning as is the artwork and furniture. We had breakfast in their beautiful garden overlooking the countryside. Highly recommended. You won't want to leave.
