Just 4 tram stops from Freiburg Train Station, this small hotel offers homelike rooms, free WiFi, and a free car park. The Neue Messe Exhibition Centre is a 5-minute drive away. Renovated in 2014, the viavelo hotel features stylish interiors throughout. Each is complete with a flat-screen TV and modern bathroom and some rooms include a balcony overlooking the park. A rich breakfast buffet is provided each morning at the viavelo hotel Freiburg. The Black Forest countryside surrounding the Bischofslinde is ideal for hiking, cycling and winter sports. “Friendly & welcoming”
Good communication. Easy to find. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking available right outside for our van. Four (free with hotel travel ticket) tram stops to the town centre. Nice breakfast. Pizzeria and shop next door, and bakery two minutes walk away.

“We'd come back.”
We really liked the receptionist. He was very welcoming and gave us good tips on transportation, etc. He also got us more breakfast as it was running low. He was very friendly. We also liked that transportation was close to get into the city and location was quiet.

“Overall it was ok trip as I wanted to be close to student's residential area.”
1) Location is next to student's residential area as I had planned. 2) 2-3 supermarkets and restaurants are just in the vicinity. 3) Tram station is very close to arrive at/from city centre and the frequency is good.
