It’s a very nice place in a very picturesque place. The nature is great. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. For example I had to leave before the breakfast but they still packed some snack for me. Very sweet of them. I’m my room I had everything I needed.

Plenty of choice at breakfast and good quality. Good location with easy access into Freiburg by tram. Easy to find being slightly out of town and well signposted.

The room was functional, the bedding excellent and the bathroom tidy. The breakfast was impressive and included in this stay. The walk to the nearby tram station was uncomplicated and through a very lovely neighbourhood. Taking the tram into town and back was a breeze. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a bar next to the reception for a refreshing drink after a long day in town. The adjacent terrace was a great place to rest after a long day visiting the sites of Freiburg .

We stayed in a double room with private bathroom. The facilities were fine and the breakfast was included, simple but good products with fruit, cereals, different bread...

The staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived late and also something went wrong with our booking.But they all solved the problems and gave us a new room just me and my friend.

It was very crowded after 12 pm. Highly disturbing. Please ask your guests to observe other people's right in a very clear and strickt manner. For example considering some signs or whatever you prefer. Thanks! Everything else was perfect and satisfactory.

Worn out thin matrasses covered in plastic in small beds... worst bed of the year!

Extremely rude French woman started shouting at me in French for talking on the phone after 10 pm and told me to shut up, when it was actually only 9:30 pm. I’ve never encountered such an unpleasant guest in my life before.

Great place to stay - secure bike shed, nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

Very nice and tidy hotel just 15/20 mins away with public transport from Freiburg's main town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, during the evening/night it is so quiet so you can relax very well. Breakfast is very good and you can choose between many different delicious options. You can also park your car. Perfect deal for the price paid.
