“Great overnight stay after a long international flight”

The location was great and very easy to find. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. They also accommodated my request for a late checkout and told me not to rush when I arrived back at the hotel, 10 minutes prior to the arranged time for my checkout. The bed was comfortable.

The first and best location of the hotel is in the center of the city with a 10-minute walk to the train station, and 15 minutes to the TU campus. The breakfast regarding having fresh and tasty products is great, however, there could be more options. For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast needs to be better based on my experience. The rooms and area are clean. The staff are nice and helpful.

Kreller is a family owned hotel 2 minutes from the upper market of Freiberg. Very nice rooms, good service and as always my stay was too short.

The staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was also very clean and comfy. Also the breakfast was very good. Main function as a hotel was all proper. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in Germany so far.

“Overnight stay”

We arrived late and the staff member (guy with ginger beard) welcomed us, found a place to park the bike and offered help with our bags. After a 12 hr ride it was most welcome.. he served us wonderful steaks later and a well deserved beer. The room was great and bed was very comfy. Breakfast was a great selection and friendly staff guided your choices. We would highly recommend this hotel 🏨

Hotel guest family in room directly above our room we’re jumping, stomping, or banging on their floor from about 22:00 to midnight on both nights of our stay ; most likely children. Not very courteous.
