“Cool AC, Warm water and continuous power in an inviting well-run, clean and safe Hotel.”
Usually there is a buffet set up. Here there is a breakfast buffet set up and you get a complete breakfast plate of food brought to your table. Excellent!

Fantastic hotel. Owners are always around to support guests and staff members were ready to SERVE. The facility feels like home and it's just a few distance from the US Embassy. The view from the room is also fantastic

“My stay in Starford was superb. I would like to stay there any other time I have opportunity for it.”
Location of the facility is great and I was not deceived by what I read on Booking.com about the location of the facility. I was actually searching for a facility in that location. I very much liked it. The bed in my room was excellent. I can only compare it with beds I have slept on in other five star hotels. Honestly, I was late for breakfast because I had an early morning appointment. On my return however, one of the front hall staffer did everything to let me have a good break fast. In my short stay in Starford, I was able to learn about some historic areas in Sierra Leone as I found out from my conversation with the friendly staff that facility also runs a tour guide - I had very limited time to accept an offer from the management to take me to a Chimpanzee Sanctuary (Tacugama) about 20 minutes away from that Starford facility.

Best hotel we stayed at in Sierra Leone. Great location, well equipped rooms with good AC. The best thing about the hotel though is the staff. The hotel manager was amazing. We had some problems with our PCR test prior to departure and she helped us out a great deal to fix it. We also had some very nice and interesting conversations with her and other members of staff. We can wholeheartedly recommend staying at Stafford Lodge!
