Staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. The restaurant next door is delicious, too. Manager is also very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend staying in this accommodation. Sometimes there are losses of electricity, but the hotel got generators which work very well. Perfect as a base for visiting Freetown. Warm showers, too

Some of the staff (Haja) were helpful and professional, while some did not know how to respond to guests needs. However, the AC worked well in the room. The food was okay as well.

Location is excellent to commute around Freetown. Comfortable bed. AC and gym were great. Delicious food. Amazing staff at the reception, cleaning and restaurant. I will highly recommend this hotel.

“It was a great experience here”
All staffs were extremely friendly, they always asked if we were okay. If 10 staffs pass by you, the 10 of them would ask if you’re okay 😊 They had great chefs on ground and I enjoyed all their meals. All staffs were very caring and willing to help. The environment was very cool and secured. Each floor had a balcony that allowed guest to sit and enjoy fresh air. It was a really great experience here.
