“Awful, never seen such shameful customer service. Not recommended”
Food is decent in breakfast and for dinner (but always missing something) very basic cheap buffet. Terrible customer service. Breakfast team and chefs little bit more attentive but nothing that exceed very basic expectations

“LOVE THE STAFF, THE VILLAGE, TAXI SERVICES AND DO UNDERSTAND THE STORM SITUATIOLN RECOVERY PROCESS..”

“Fabulous restful week enjoying the sand, sea and dun”
This hotel is amazing considering the affects of storm Dorian and the impact it has had on the island. The location is exceptional the pool the sea are just amazing. Staff were welcoming and friendly. It was very quiet with day passengers from cruise ships and it was out of season. food choices for me personally were a bit limited but as the number of people arriving increased them by offering buffet options which provided more choice. However the table service meal quality in terms of presentation and heat of food were much better.
