The bed was too hard. Both my wife and I had some pain in the back the next morning. We have never experienced this in a hotel before. The room was clean. However, the stairs down to the breakfast area was very dirty and there was food .on the floor for hours in one of the elevators for hours.

Friendly staff, very good location (10 min walk to city centre or train station), comfortable room, TV. Very good breakfast included in room rate. Nice bar area although it was very quiet Mon/Tue. Reasonable room price by Norway standards.

A very high-quality hotel. Friendly welcome. The rooms were exceptionally well-insulated; we couldn't hear a sound from outside or neighboring rooms. Even the New Year's Eve fireworks were inaudible in the room, which was fantastic for our dog! The location was also particularly great for us, as we could quickly reach nearby parks. The New Year's Eve dinner was just as good as the breakfast buffet. Parking was expensive, but the staff helped us find the cheapest parking garage.

Comfortable modern hotel. Exceptionally welcoming staff. Nice room, fast Wifi, very good breakfast. Location: not quite adjacent to anything, but easy walking distance of railway station, waterfront, old town, modern town centre, football stadium...
