The room was ice cold. The hardwood floors were freezing cold. No heating source in the bathroom at all. Had to borrow a little heater to run all night to warm up and keep the room warm. No hot water for my shower. Very poor breakfast selection.

Everything was fine! Hot chocolate would have been a pleassnt touch for children and people who don't drink coffee like me. (If there was some, I'm sorry, I didn't see it.)

“Beautiful quiet motel in green Fredericton”
Single-floor hotels are the best since apparently everyone only knows how to stomp around on their heels these days. This hotel was beautifully quiet, and very welcoming to my dog and I. Plenty of hot water with great water pressure. Fredericton is a fantastically green town, and the river is near to the hotel for a great walking option.
