“Lovely location for Fredericton visit.”

Great location for walking to downtown area and for the Bill Thorpe walking bridge to cross the river. The hostess was extremely helpful and proactive. Good atmosphere and location for breakfast with the opportunity to meet with other guests and share their travel experiences.

A beautiful old house in walking distance to the city centre. Lovely, welcoming staff and a great breakfast on offer. We especially enjoyed the shared breakfast tables - a great opportunity to meet other guests.

The Staff

Angie os a fantastic host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay in this heritage Inn. Breakfast served was excellent and plentiful.

The house had a warm and welcoming feeling from the host, Angie, to the communal space with a big comfy couch and crackling (gas) fireplace. Breakfast included an option for gluten-free toast.

It has a wonderful homey feel to it, you just feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

The Inn has so much character. The atmosphere is so relaxing and comforting. The caretaker Angie does an amazing job, and the Inn is so well maintained because of her. She is so welcoming and makes her guests each feel special. The breakfast is so GOOD. The blueberry banana pancakes especially!

I appreciate that the lady in charge tried to make us breakfast even though we wound up taking off quickly and just missing her. It's also a beautiful location just outside downtown and given the size of Fredericton, convenient for just about everything; my spouse and I had a nice, scenic walk into downtown before going to our friends' wedding. There's a historic charm to the building and the surrounding area (including the titular carriage house) that reminds me why I loved living in Fredericton for as long as I did. Staying on the third floor, we also had access to a small fridge just outside our room to store our leftovers, which came in clutch when we ordered too much sushi the first night.

Old style house full of character in a great neighbourhood. The manager was very pleasant and welcoming and cooked a very tasty breakfast. It was a short walk into town along a footpath

Very convenient location. Pleasant common room with art and books about local history. Excellent breakfast. Bottomless coffee appreciated. Fantastic pancake option. Quiet room.

Everything was just fine. The bed was comfortable. Spacious room. Breakfast was good (I had pancake), partner bacon and eggs. Very convenient to downtown (walking). Angie, the manager was very welcoming and helpful. I also like Fredericton. Great place to walk or bicycle. People courteous and friendly. Stay a couple of nights.
