“Absolute Filth”
Absolutely nothing, on arrival we couldn’t find an onsite manager or office staff, had to speak to them via a ring camera, we then get into our room and the smell was horrid (as mentioned by another reviewer), then went to make a coffee, only to discover that the machine had not been cleaned and previous coffee bag was still in the machine, at this stage I tried to contact the owners via messages and trying to call several times (I have still not had a reply), we then pull down the sheets to find very thin see through sheets and what looks to be dry blood on the mattress underneath, YES IT WAS ! We pulled the sheets up and that is exactly what it was, at this stage we decided for our own health and safety that we should leave and find alternative accommodation, I again messaged the owners with my complaint and concern and AGAIN I have NOT had any replies or offer of refund, I have now contacted booking.cm with my complaint and concerns. I would highly suggest avoiding this property.
