“Perfect stay in the middle of nature”
Our stay was just perfect. The check-in as well as the check-out went smoothly. The cottage was spotless and it was equipped well. The view from our back porch was stunning and the Enchanted Rock was only a few minutes away by car. The staff provided a nutritious and balanced breakfast every morning so we had a great start into the day. If you‘re interested in good vine there is a vineyard called „Prochnow“ near the Contigo Ranch. They offer great wines for a romantic evening back at the Ranch.

“Comfortable, memorable, but lacking in hospitality and friendliness.”
Our cabin was spotless, modern, in a quiet country location (which we wanted). Internet, once we were in our cabin, was sufficient for our purposes, breakfasts were delivered to our doorstep each morning. Hot water in the bathroom at all times. The cattle on the ranch were amazing, giving us great photo opportunities.

“Amazing place to combine a small city break, wine tastings and hikes!”
The ranch is beautiful, very well maintained and located perfect. Close enough to Fredericksburg, but also far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet and of course the beautiful stars at night. Also it's close to enchanted rock, with is a great place for hikes and really worth a visit. There are a lot of nice wineries close by, so we had a great time!

Lovely views, remote yet accessible location. Loads of parking. Short ride to the Enchanted Rock and Fredericksburg. Clam and peaceful setting and really comfortable accommodation.

The cabins and property is beautiful and exactly as we hoped! Communication and entry etc was easy and clear. There was a lovely big bath in our room.
