“Very bad experience”
Dear Hotel Management Team/Relevant Customer Service Department, I booked a stay at your two-star hotel, Quality Inn, located at 543 Warrenton Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22406. However, the room had a noticeable moldy and smoky odor, and the bed sheets appeared dirty and unkempt. Due to my daughter’s allergies to mold and smoke, I communicated with the hotel staff and immediately canceled the reservation, with the cancellation number 526297934. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a refund for the room charges. Please promptly review and process the refund. Thank you for your cooperation! Sincerely,

We stayed for one night. After checking out, the hotel charged us extra money for supposedly missing 2 towels. Of course we didn't take them. I don't know how common this is in this hotel, I hope it's just a maid's mistake. But we are unpleasant that we are accused of stealing and charged extra money for it. We can not recommend this hotel.
