“Rough night with kids but the room was comfy.”
The room was comfortable but the mattress on the sofa bed was thin. The mini fridge came in handy for leftovers. We were tired from a long day of travel and a wedding and the bed was very comfy.

Breakfast was exceptional and fresh every morning. The room was amazingly clean and very spacious, and the staff was very friendly. Overall this was a great experience and I definitely suggest staying here in the future!

Mold in sink Dirty Shower Freezing Room(Thermostat Inoperable) Called Front Desk to NO AVAIL Assistant GM/Manager needs a little more training on Customer Service. Please listen to our conversation and you will see. *** I sent an email to the GM Melissa *** Melissa asked Assistant GM/Manager to call *** Assistant GM/Manager called me with NO solution but a lot of rebuttal. I explained I had a Stroke but I was having an issue sending the pictures I took pictures of your property which shows why I have this complaint. BUT, again no suggestions or help. I received some help later that day from my Family Member and we sent the pictures to Melissa, GM. I have not heard from her, maybe this survey will assist.

Everyone enjoyed the breakfast. But there were no gluten free options and I literally staved all day as I was unable to find food anywhere.

We left to travel before breakfast was served ; however we loved that we could access excellent coffee with 10%cream (vice coffee mate… yuck) early in the morning. It was available 24/7. The beverage and food area was very clean and well stocked
