Arrived 8pm only to find our $400 a night room had a massive leak in the bathroom, so they moved us to a new room, only to find milk had been left in the fridge which was not working and the foul odor overwhelmed the place... so off to a new room, which was okay, but the bed was extremely poor and should have been replaced a couple of years ago.... I'd like to see the owners of the hotel sleep on that bed and then have to pay $400 a night for it.... Needless to say we won't return.

Big, clean room. Great facilities and central location. Easy parking. Staff were excellent and v helpful.

“A spacious and very comfortable hotel.”
Had a 2 night stay in Franz Josef and we were very happy with our accommodation, which had a separate spacious living area (big enough for 2 lounges) and a huge bedroom with two big beds. Location was awesome and staff were great.

Great location close to the shops etc. Breakfast room had great views of mountains. Very comfortable room. Staff assisted taking luggage up the stairs. F Good value for money.
