“A good sized base to explore Glacier Country from”

While not right in the village, the location is very close. The larger unit we stayed in had tons of room, a well equipped kitchen to prepare food in, a good shower, and comfy bed. Lots of space. We used the laundry facility on site which had good sized machines to wash and dry for a modest cost. We had 2 nights there while checking out some walks in the area and it worked really well for us.

The rooms were decent & clean. The studio had decent space with a nice living area and a decent bedroom. The 2 bed family room / apartment was nice which decent living + kitchen area. The location, even though far from the centre, is in a very quiet and peaceful area..surrounded by only plain fields and mountains.

The views, the location, being just out of town, and the comfortable beds. The the ramps made accessibility ♿️ for older people great.

Could have been cleaner

Good, clean accommodation for our group. We booked very last minute for an overnight stay on our way up the West Coast and hadn't realised the check in closed at 8pm so we panicked when we arrived and the office was closed but the staff had sorted it and we had the information we needed to access our accommodation. We were very thankful after a long day travelling!

While travelling from Franz Josef to Queenstown, we made a few stops along the route, so we were checking in rather late. The check-in process was simple and fast, even though we arrived at Franz Alpine Resort quite late at night. We were elated to find a spotless room upon our arrival. The setting is peaceful, yet it's not far from the center of town. We had a wonderful night's sleep on the comfy bed!

I'm not commenting at all because i gave detailed helpful comments on my previous accommodation and you said it didn’t meet your rumes. I re read the comments and the rules and couldn't determine how i transgressed- the option to edit didn’t seem to work so i wont be commenting again and your moderation drone doesn't explain the machine's logic or why it doesn't qualify. - I'll stick to TripAdvisor
