Large, clean modern room. Bed was comfortable as someone with back problems. Area was very quiet and room had great black out curtains. Room had everything we needed and guest laundry was available. Friendly staff. Property within walking distance of restaurants and main street. Loved our stay in Franz Josef. Would definitely stay again!

“Perfect location in Frans Josef”
The location was excellent, our room was larger than expected, very comfortable and clean. The use of the communal laundry was an added bonus. The staff were all friendly, helpful and provided us with some great suggestions with what to do and where to eat.

“Excellent place to stay in franz josef”
Very spacious room with a nice jacuzzi in the bathroom.The kitchenette was excellent, we could make our breakfast comfortably. They also have a nespresso machine which is great. They also have washer and dryer facilities

“Wish we could have stayed longer.”
Rooms were very well appointed, clean, and everything you would expect. Appeared newly renovated. The fresh milk was a great touch. Quality of teas, coffees, etc., were excellent. Location was perfect and walking distance to everything in town. Landscaping gave the feeling that we were secluded. Greeting at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.
