“Great place, great people.”
The personnel was very nice, the cleaning ladies, waiters at breakfast and the receptionist at Belvedere. Even though some people commented here that wifi was mot working, we were connected at all times (2nd floor). We also arrived when temperatures outside dropped to 10 degrees and while people here complained about rooms being cold, ours was very warm and comfy.

It was strange to be the only guests.Breakfast was good with scrambeld eggs. Very nice city and the View from the balkony was nice.

“okay for money”
I felt I had been on the moon... by MYSLEF - alone! Checkin - digital... during 4 night stay... had only seen the room-maids shortly a.m. --- ditto breakfast lady. Otherwise I had seen NOBODY in hotel.

There is no parking available. The hotel has some dedicated parking in front of it, but they are always full, because I think anyone can park there and nobody is checking. Almost nobody speaks English in the hotel and there is nobody at the reception. Wifi was not working in my room and nobody was willing to help me on that.

Complete ignorance on the side of the accommodation. After booking, payment and electronic check-in, no possibility to contact someone from the accommodation, no reaction to number of phone calls. The only response to our complaints - on the next day - "we're sorry". They didn't even think to apologize, automatically provide a refund or any kind of compensation. After many complaints and numerous communication, the refund was provided after 43 days. Terrible attitude.

“Beautiful old hotel, very memorable stay”
wonderful old hotel felt almost like a museum and so well kept. We stayed only one night and it was very comfortable. Free pass to the local aquapark if you ask the receptionist.
