Room was very clean, nice size of the room and the bedding was the highest quality so we slept very tight. Breakfast was delicious - all options there. Outstanding coffee, juices and food. Spa was really good and nice size. The staff was really helpful and friendly and very welcoming and easy to approach. I've never met this nice house staff.

“A disappointing 3-star hotel experience”

The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, yet within a short walking distance. It sits directly opposite an area with several drinking springs, making it a perfect starting point for relaxed strolls and for exploring both nature and the city. The room interior was a bit dated but very clean. The bathroom was freshly renovated and both spacious and comfortable. There was a new Nespresso machine with complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel also offers secure on-site parking for €16 per day.

Super nice Staff. Jitka was absolutely wonderful: friendly, professional, thoughtful, helpful, etc. Thankyou Jitka🙏👍🙏 Price: was good / not great. We stayed when the Renovations were happening so we missed most of the Hotel's heritage character... & views to the park. The breakfast buffet was very good with a good range of cold & hot options...better than the Evening Buffet which you get with Half Board booking. Table service staff in the restaurant/ buffet areas were very efficient. The Wellness area is good but when the hotel is half full it is squashy...12 recliners side by side in the Finish Sauna /Steam Bad area = not quite relaxing. The Opening times (2/3pm-7pm) for this area should be longer to allow Half board guests maximum use... suggestion wpuld be 1pm-9pm. The indoor swimming pool was clean, comfy to lie in and with jer/water bubbles...with comfy room temperature. The Room: Super, comfy big beds very clean & quiet. TV worked well.... But, 2 coffee capsules for a couple per room per day is not enough for a Hotel that is aiming high....6 capsules is a minimum from our travel experience. The Carparking: To park on-site is €16.50 ...far too much... & beware that the €6 option (which we used) is a 20 minute walk from the hotel....we like walking, but an elderly couple might struggle....& you pay €6 for that...for a Hotel that is aiming high, that should be addressed. The location/ Park surrounding: Lovely !!!.It will be even better when the Renovations are finished & the View/ access to the park is more welcoming.

“Great stay in huge classic building from old times”

Great renovated spacious room in huge fantastic century old building. We had a room with park view overlooking a forest park with excellent dinner included. Good breakfast was free of charge. Many spa facilities were offered but we did not opt for that opporrtunity. Private outdoor parking is available but a bit limited.

A very nice resort hotel, in the midst of a large park. Very near the center of the lovely spa town. Large, comfortable, well furnished rooms, spotlessly clean bathrooms, quiet. Attentive and helpful staff. Fine wellness centre with a pleasant swimming pool and saunas. Excellent breakfast. From the staff David and Irena in the reception stand out. David gave us an genuinely warm and friendly welcome at check in. Also Jitka, the head of the breakfast team, is charming and highly professional.
