We appreciated the warm welcome and the surprise gift of trout from the host. Three Streams is a haven of peace and tranquility surrounded by nature and majestic mountain ranges. The cottage is secure and well appointed. It offered everything we needed for a short stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the wrap around patio and the easy access to world class restaurants. I highly recommend Three Streams Cottages and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Our stay at Three Streams has been nothing short of phenomenal! Our family had the absolute best time. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to rebooking. Sarah , the hosts and staff were amazing. This was the most peaceful and serene experience and the break we really needed. The look on my toddlers face when we took our morning stroll throughout the property to visit the horses was absolutely priceless and an experience I will always hold dear to my heart. Added bonus - the cutest dogs that will keep you company, steal your heart and make you feel at home! The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. A truly special getaway and we absolutely loved it!

The accommodation is on a farm surrounded by nature. Guests were free to walk around and use the picnic areas and pool. Very safe with controlled entrance.

The decor was very classy and the bedding was so comfortable. It just has a very warm, friendly feel and was nice and private. The farm surroundings are so beautiful. The host surprised us with a lovely complimentary pack of their smoked trout from the farm which was very kind. I can highly recommend the Ivy Cottage.

Sarah was very welcoming. We arrived after dark and she met us in Franschhoek to show us the way. It was so peaceful yet not isolated as it is a working farm. The cottage was well appointed with good facilities. The farm dogs were friendly but not intrusive.

“This place is absolute paradise, tucked away in the mountains. Would highly recommend”
We were met by a member of the family who gave us the keys and an introduction to the property - she was knowledgeable, friendly and we felt really welcomed. We were also greeted by the resident dog, Sebastian, who became the highlight of our entire trip - with our daughter telling everyone about our South African Dog. The best thing about this property is the swimming pool and gardens - a mountain-fed pool tucked away in the most gorgeous gardens! The gardens are stunning, quiet and calm and we spent days lying on the lawn listening to the cascading waterfall that was feeding the pool. The animals on site (horses and dogs) were all so friendly and loving and our daughter (3 years old) had the time of her life. The property itself was clean and had all the amenities we could need. We will think about the property, and our time here, for the rest of our lifetime. It is our happy place and we feel so incredibly lucky that we happened to find it. If you are thinking of staying here... think no more, DO!
