Situated along the garden route, only 2 km from Franschhoek, Lavender Farm Guest House is nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains. Guests can relax on a sun lounger, poolside, under an umbrella. The rooms feature individual décor with a different colour scheme. They are equipped with flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. Each opens out onto a private terrace. “Quiet area, some distance from the town centre, hot breakfast not good, breakfast service really poor, it didn’t seem as”
The property is well maintained and in a quiet area. It is quite a walk if you want to stroll through the town center… best to go by car.

Had the most magical stay here where we got engaged! The staff were wonderfully attentive and welcoming. Grounds were exceptional with beautiful views. Our room was immaculate and very quiet, felt like we were the only guests there. Breakfast provided was perfect! Only a short distance from the town with plenty of restaurants and shops etc. Would love to stay here again!

“Exceptional in every way, especially the staff.”
It all went well. Wonderful location and great breakfasts. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful and arranged two private dinners for us that were outstanding. We were sorry to drive out the gates!

“Beautiful, relaxing stay”
Beautiful property, so picturesque! Lavender field isn’t in bloom out of summer months but it’s still so pretty. The room had a beautiful view of the field and mountains. Loved relaxing by the pool. We also had a picnic which was lovely.

“Beautiful guest house just outside Franschhoek”
We had a fantastic stay at Lavender Farm Boutique Guest House. The suites were well designed and extremely comfortable, on a par with the best we've ever stayed in. Excellent breakfast, cooked to order, with a really good buffet as well, including chocolate bread and butter pudding! Surroundings and views were stunning as well. Great location just outside Franschhoek, but you need a car as too far to walk. Service was excellent and staff were really friendly.

“Beautiful property and great staff”
This is definitely the best value property we’ve stayed at during our month long trip around South Africa. The accomodation itself is beautiful and the overall ambience is totally relaxing. Staff are fantastic and you really couldn’t ask for anything else.
