Beautiful location surrounded by vineyards and mountains, with a very peaceful atmosphere. The cabin was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the hot tub was a great addition after long days exploring the area! Great location for visiting wineries and restaurants in the area. Antoinette, the owner, was incredibly responsive and always helpful when we needed it, and her food and drinks recommendations were spot on!

“Absolutely Lovely”

We really had a fantastic time. There was a huge storm just before our arrival, but luckily we had lovely days in Franschhoek. Our cabin was well-equiped and comfortable. The view was awesome and so was the peace and quiet. Really lovely. We enjoyed our walks on the farm and the hot tub was amazing, as they always are. We apologize for the mess, but the bottom of the charcoal bag broke. It was really awesome to stay at Gite and we'd recommend it anytime. Lovely, friendly hosts. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. Antoinette and her staff made our stay very comfortable . We will definitely be back.

The fact that you are literally in the middle of a wine farm, its so quiet and you have everything you need, topping with a hot tub; not to mention that its 3-5 min walk from the wine tram station. An amazing stay for sure, and would definitely recommend to anyone

Staying at Gîte was truly magnificent. We stayed for two nights and were looking for a place near the wine tram in Franschhoek. It's a 5-minute walk from the property to the tram through a secured area. The house is located among the vineyards, in a very picturesque spot. The house itself is very clean, comfortable, and everything is thought through down to the smallest detail. You can park your car right next to the cottage. The hosts are easy to contact and very friendly. We were very lucky with this accommodation — 11 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and idyllic place. We especially loved relaxing in the warm hot tub in the evenings while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the amazing view of the vineyard. The location is also great, as everything is within walking distance. We felt very well taken care of and safe during our whole stay thanks to the attentive hosts. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would love to come back.

Good location, peaceful, but close to the town and the tram. Only down side was the listing states that there is an extra large bed. It's not. My husband is 6'4" and it wasn't really big enough

“Perfect stay close to the wine tram”

Wow! What a find. From the view to the perfectly stocked, clean and comfortable room, the generous welcome (gorgeous cookies, thank you!), flowers in a vase, the private garden and hot tub (which we didn’t need to heat as the weather was so warm). These are classy gites, just away from the bustle of the town and with jaw dropping views. Don’t hesitate to book!
