“Staying here was a Droom!”

We had a beautiful and comfortable suite, with a great big bed, lovely private garden with hot tub and views of the Franschoek mountains on all sides. The breakfast was exceptional, tastefully laid out with a wide range of continental choices and traditional made to order English breakfast (I still dream of those great omelettes!). All of the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and welcomed. We were in Franschoek for a wedding, on the weekend before the literary festival, when a massive storm settled over the entire region. It was really frightening to experience the heavy rain and the crazy wind and flooding, but the guesthouse management and team went above and beyond to ensure we were safe, comfortable and able to extend our stay, our sincere thanks to all at Droom!

Breakfast was excellent. I would suggest they light up the entrance off a very busy road and its very dark and dangerous turn off. I nearly landed up in the canal on either side of driveway.

I booked this as a gift for my moms Birthday a they went above and beyond with making is special, emailing me for a bday message, they set up a bottle of wine and cake waiting for my mom on her arrival. She was so happy with the beautiful swimming pool view and room and big breakfast selection

Beautiful guesthouse with amazing views and welcoming and friendly staff, very clean property. We stayed in room 5 which was perfect for our short stay - bed was really comfortable and room had both AC and a fan which kept us cool in the 37 degree heat. Definitely recommend, we had a great stay!

The rooms are extremely cozy, perfect designed, minimalistic and a bit spartan, equipped with everything you need for your staying. The mattress and the pillows were perfect for me.
