“Not exactly an elevated experience.”
We spent a fairly standard week in a double queen room, and while the overall experience was average, there were a few worthwhile mentions. We really appreciated the spacious room layout - having a separate bedroom was a bonus. The beds and linens were comfortable and made for a restful stay. The ceiling fan meant we didn't need to listen to noisy AC while trying to sleep. Housekeeping only showed up once during the entire week, but we were grateful for that one visit! One standout was a particularly friendly and helpful front desk staff member. I wish I could remember his name, because he truly deserves recognition. He clearly enjoyed his job and went out of his way to assist us - offering great advice on sightseeing in Nashville, handing out maps, parking tips, and even sharing discount codes for the trolley. Big kudos to him.

“100% would recommend this hotel!”
This hotel was absolutely perfect for our 2 night stay. The reception staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us, letting us check in early. The swimming pool was actually warm unlike other “heated” pools. Breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable and very clean.
