Excellent location - easy to find. Great staff - all friendly, professional and happy to have a chat and make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and more than ample for 4 of us for a short stay and had good facilities within the room if we had needed. Whilst it was near a road we did not have any issues with sound either externally or internally. The food was very good - we ate for dinner and also the complimentary breakfast. Both were excellent but the breakfast was a real treat and a big step up from the usual 'complimentary' fare offered. I would highly recommend, and based on this stay would definitely book a stay at the same hotel/ chain again. Also, the manager or general manager walking around at breakfast and checking on guests was a really nice personal touch which made guests feel noticed and of value! Thank you.
