Great approach from owners towards us. We were way before our reservation started and owners provide us the keys. Apartment has everything you need plus great view from window and super easy access to SPA circuit. Highy recommend!

“Perfect location, quiet and comfortable”
Very good location, beautiful view, quiet but still close to many areas of interest. Our host was very friendly and doing her best to help with any questions we had. The place is very modern and comfortable, and super clean. Everything we needed was there.

“Comfortable, quiet holiday stay in the nature!”
Beautiful location in a quiet place surrounded by nature. A lot of attractions within half an hour drive. The house was modern and equipped with all facilities. we enjoyed the view from the living room. The host was super friendly and helpful.

Excellent hosts, warm and friendly and helped as much as they could if we had any queries!! Only 20/25 minute walk to the SPA F1 track and then home again, bypassing the long traffic queues leaving the track!! We would highly recommend Au Simply for anything if you’re not traveling to the GP! Fantastic views from the apartment, shame it rained so much!!

“Superb apartment, great for racing fans that want quiet evenings or for enjoying the countryside.”
Perfectly appointed, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, lovely view, quiet at night, what a lovely spot and just a great place to be. I was there for 4 nights and its 5 minutes (3km) from Spa circuit, will stay here again when I return.
