Very bad experience!!! We could not stay in the apartment. The check-in time indicated on Booking was until 4 pm. We sent a message to the host in advance explaining that our ferry from Greece was arriving only at 8. We received no answer. When we arrived at 9.30 pm, there was nobody there. The neighbours did not know about anything. The host did not answer our calls. We called Booking and were told that the host fulfiled his obligations (really dear Booking??? The host can just set the check-in time and then just stop caring about anything? Delays happen when you travel and I find this approach really customer-unfriendly!!!). So we needed to find another room at 10.30 pm... Luckily there are still some reliable people out there who care about their business and their potential guests. Finally the host called us when we were on our way to the other place. He said he would cancel the reservation, but he never did. So we paid for the room anyway... My advice: if you cannot be there by 4pm, avoid!!!

“Good location, and fantastic value for money”
Very good location, in a quiet street, a good-sized room with a comfortable bed and working aircon. Very friendly, helpful host. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast (included) but the bar is just around the corner, close to the accommodation.

Very nice and clean apartment in the city centre. Walking distance to train station from where you can easily get to Bari (Brindisi) or to Taranto. Breakfast place is just around the corner. Necessary facilities at place.
