“Not happy due to room location and little help with no parking. Also we were given no information about breakfast times”
Unfortunately they gave us a room an inch away from the lift on the 2nd floor. Late in the night- and very early morning I was constantly being woken up by beeping and people talking.right outside our door. We were exhausted after a long road trip and it was only one night. The lift was inches from our door so it was very nerve wracking being constantly woken up night and morning, The hotel did not seem busy so I was baffled as to why we were given this room.
