“Very nice summer holiday for family of 5”
Very nice location, close to the beach. There are restaurants and Gelateria 1 minute from the apartment. Shop is also close. Bus stop is also next to the house. All these aspects makes it a perfect location. Owner is super friendly, we got useful recommendations from him on where we can find all needed places. He also suggested a trip, which was very nice too. The apartment is big even for family with 3 kids. Kitchen has all basic equipment, so you can even cook for yourself. Perfetto, grazie! :-)

“Great family holiday location across from the beachside and will return again.”
The location was excellent and the owner was friendly and available fo assist if we needed anything. The apartment was very clean and the bathroom was a good size. The amenities were terrific and there was plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms. The sea views were lovely and the terrace was spacious.

“Fabulous Find in Pescara”
Very good size apartment, very comfortable with nice size kitchen. Good size terrace with sea view and dining area - which was excellent to watch lightening during a storm ! Very close to the beach Lots of restaurants and bars nearby The host was very nice and welcoming too. We will return:)

The owner is so friendly and helped us with everything. We loved that the apartment whitch was so close to the Beach and sea. The size of the rooms was more then enough as well as the internet conection in There. The house IS situated near the centr of Franca Villa al Mare. And the restaurants around were enough as well.

This is a great Apartment. The service and communications are fantastic. Being from New Zealand we knew very little about the area but we were given a very warm welcome and lot of help and support. We were provided with many things to see and do... local festivals and restaurants and beach club. The room was great, very spacious and clean and great air con in each room which is a must at this time of year. Would definitely recommend!!! Thank you!

“Very comfortable stay”
The whole city of Francavilla is a little gem, and great for relaxation. Amazing balcony, where we had most of our meals while overlooking the sea. It is a large apartement and easily accomodated 5. The pictures speak for themselves and are very accurate to the feel of the apartment. Our host Guiseppe was fantastic, and helped us with all our questions.

“Chilllll”
We really enjoyed staying in the Green appt. We arrived earlier and the host, Giuseppe was there to welcome us. The host also had great tips on places to visit and restaurants to go to. The appt itself is spacious and you have everything you need. We were here off-season (May 2023) and could park infront of the building for free. The beach is really close and has a lot of light yellow sand and the water is blue & see through. For us that is important.

“Great autumn vacation”
Perfect location of apartment, near to beach, shop, bus station and restaurants. In apartment is kitchen with everything you need, big terrace with sea view. We were able to check in earlier, in the morning, owner is very helpful.

The location was terrific!! Walk out the apartment and you are practically on the beach. The personal Giuseppe was very kind with everything! helped us out.

Fantastic location. Giuseppe was a great host, who helped us organise the transfer from the airport and a sun umbrella and sun beds for our stay. He was very responsive and helpful. I can recommend the place for a family vacation. Great restaurants and bars nearby. A big supermarket is just 5 minutes walking distance away from the apartment.

“Great accomodation”
Apartement was big and clean and nicely furnished. Very close to the beach. Live-in hosts was also advantage - host couple were really nice people, very helpful, they advised us about surroundings. It was the first time on holliday that we could separate our garbage and the containers were right in front of the building - very convenient.
