Rose welcomed us and is lovely! She gave us some great recommendations and we had everything we needed for a short stay in Foz. Star House was also one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in :)

A truly special place in Foz do Iguaçu! Star House is, without a doubt, the most comfortable and charming home I’ve stayed in — everything is thoughtfully arranged with care, style, and attention to detail, making you feel at home from the very first moment. I mostly liked that it was a very cozy and comfortable room. Rose is also very helpful and kind and she responds quickly to the messages.

“Comfortable and quiet”

The houseceeper, Rose, is s very nice and communicative, kind person. She helped me a lot and gave me advices for potential activities in the region. She is not afraid of doing favors if you need help. The street is quite silent (except of the dogs). The kitchen has everything your need. It's a shared kitchen, but each room has its own bathroom.

The location is good amd the price is ok for what you get.The lady who welcomed us was very nice.

“A wasted day of vacation.”

1. The owner lives in Germany and has no control over the rental (5-hour time difference) 2. There is no such thing as an agreed entry time. The cleaning lady will bring the keys... when she arrives. For me it was a 5-hour wait. 3. A great breakfast is theoretically 1 sandwich, bizile, lathe coffee and juice. I can't confirm because another person in the house who opened the door got breakfast. The owner thought it was my problem. 4. The common part of the house does not have any air conditioning or ventilation. The heat is unbearable. 5. The garden is 4x5m and is surrounded by a high wall. A bit like a walk in prison.

The host was very helpful with information about the area and very fast to respond, always politely. We were allowed to have a late check out while we waited for our bus which was kind. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The decorations are beautiful too. There is a lot of effort that went into the apartment.

The host was very responsive to communication but to an issue with air-conditioning.

We really felt at home, we loved the house. Iracema was there to explain everything and Rose answered all my queries both with efficiency and quickly. Muito Obrigada ! Super easy to go to the airport / and the falls with the bus 120 ! Restaurants and facilities near by ! Super nice people in neighbour.
