We had a really lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left, and we felt very well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable and fully met our expectations. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities and a location that worked very well for us. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

“Basic hotel, nice pool.”

We booked this hotel because we liked the look of the pool area but only got to enjoy it for about an hour during our four night stay due to the weather. It was lovely though although the sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable. Rooms were small, basic and a little tired. Breakfast buffet contained a vast choice but was not really to our taste. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was excellent. There is a strange bar area with a very limited choice of drinks and food which no one seems to use. The food and drink menu at the pool is much better and should be replicated in the inside bar. The surrounding area isn’t very attractive but it is easy to get taxis to both sides of the falls.

Great location, gave us a complimentary honeymoon bottle of bubbles with a card on arrival which was a nice surprise! Travel guide based on site in reception was really helpful

One issue with this hotel and it is its star rating - IT SHOULD BE 5. I am a holiday princess and enjoy luxury in the Middle East which is difficult to compare to elsewhere. However the pool area, reception, bar and seating area and the food and drink were great and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Loved it here!

Plenty of staff that were friendly. We wanted to be near the bus station and the hotel was the nicest one near there. We used the gym and I’d stayed longer would have used the nice pool.

We loved everything. Nonetheless, while at the pool we ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich and after a long while asked about them and it seems they sent them to another table. We thought we could get a refill of our coco pina colada or the like but the request was kindly ignored. It was a bit of a disappointment given all the time we waited.

The reception staff were helpful in assisting with our questions. The location was central and easy for drivers to find. The gym, pool and spa options were good too.

Our room was lovely and big and cleaned every day. There were fresh towels for us every day which was nice. Breakfast was great too. We spent some time in the jacuzzi too which was nice! They minded our bags the next day which was great. Staff spoke little to no English but were still extremely friendly.
