We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and well equipped, with plenty of cooking utensils and a large refrigerator. During the days we were there, it was quite cold, but the air conditioning heated the apartment very well. The host was excellent — he made it possible for us to check in very late due to our late flight and gave us lots of helpful tips. He also speaks perfect English. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay, with a bus stop right outside the door (for the waterfalls) and a very fair price-performance ratio :)

Very well located near the bus station and restaurants, well equipped, spacious, and overall excellent value. Our host, Nilton, was also extraordinarily helpful with advice and recommendations and allowed us to access the room early which was very much appreciated after a long overnight bus.

“Iguassu Central Flats: So so pleasantly surprised”

Mr Nilton was absolutely lovely. He is the owner of this cozy hotel and he could not have been any more caring and attentive. Allowed us to check in early (and came to the location for our convenience), talked us through all the local attractions and exact best modes of transport to get to each one. he gave us advice on the best places to eat, and much much more. Made us feel super comfortable and couldn't possibly have been a better host. I'm Brazilian so we interacted in Portuguese but as I remember it Mr Nilton had spent some years living in the UK and is fluent in English. so I would equally recommend this place to foreigners keen on visiting Foz for the ease of communication with the host.

Lovely space in the room, it was a little flat with a fridge and cooking facilities which was amazing. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was warm. The owner was extremely helpful!

Excellent stay in Foz do Iguaçu - the location is super close to the bus terminal (busses to Cataratas and Itaipu dam), a good super market and a street with many food options. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bed/pillows were good. Nilton was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for our stay.

Great apartment right in the middle of the city at a very reasonable price. It's clean and the owner is extremely helpful as is the stepson upon check in. I had a great stay ☺️

The location was excellent for visiting the falls (near to bus station). Helpful owner who organised our taxi from the airport, allowing us to arrive after midnight and available to give recommendations and advice. Flat was perfect for our stay in Iguazu, even with a small kitchen to prepare basic food. Great value for money!

Really friendly staff. Fantastic location. Perfectly comfortable, clean and everything you need except the kitchen is tiny and has the absolute bare minimum so not enough to cook real meals. Otherwise perfect and lots of places to eat for cheap nearby

The studio was tidy, spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, in walking distance of the bus terminal, but also a big supermarket and a big variety of restaurants. Nilton is very helpful, he gave is lots of advice to make the most out of our stay. We had a perfect experience, thank you!

Nilton, the owner of the place, is a very nice and helpful person. If you have any questions or need any assitance in Iquassu it is very good choice to stay at Iguassu Central Flats.

Very nice hotel and well placed. The room and the bed were big, clean and comfy. The hotel is also well placed 5 minutes walking from the bus station to go to Iguazu or the airport and near restaurants and shops. And the owner is very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Host is really kind. He told me alot of thing near hostal. So I can eat delicious dinner and breakfast. And room is very clean and big for just me. Really nice.
