The breakfast was excellent. Very good location, close to Cataratas JL Shopping. Clean, staff is always happy to help, trying to communicate in your language. Good internet quality. Air conditioning works properly.

“Great place to stay”
Friendly and very clean. Stored our luggage when we visited the Falls. Helpful staff gave good advice when we needed info on crossing to Argentina . Short walk to very large shopping centre.

The hotel absolutely corresponded to what was stated in the description, the photos were also true. We were accepted before the official check in time. They replaced the room card we lost for free. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The Argentine wine at the bar is excellent. It's also great that you can go to the lounge, it's quite well-equipped.

“Don’t hesitate to book - perfect for families too!”
Everything. The staff are great, the breakfast is amazing and the rooms are perfect. The photos don’t do it justice. We had a triple room - our 4 year old slept in the single bed - which was lower. Beds comfortably, shower big, good hairdryer… The restaurant on site was great too!

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is nice, but a little outdated, but functional, clean and well maintained. The Breakfast/ Restaurant area is like you are in Italy, including with Italian caffe crema (Italian coffee). Location is also ok, not very hard to reach the Iguazu Falls

Totally the hotel is nice. Just it is old, that is good and bad at the same time. I would probably recommend to change the towels to a new one as minimum. But the style of the hotel is wonderful, and staff very polite.

only breakfast staff was friendly and welcoming, front desk staff no smile, no "hello" , on departure did not ask how was our stay, just made sure we paid the bill and thats it :) definitely not 4 star hotel standards
