We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Foz Presidente Comfort Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Despite our late arrival due to a rerouted night flight, they kindly acknowledged our situation and allowed us to shift our pre-paid breakfast to lunch; a gesture we truly appreciated. The hotel is centrally located, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Cataratas JL Shopping Mall, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and public transport. It was a convenient base for exploring the city and visiting the waterfalls. Our room was clean, spacious, and had strong air conditioning, which was especially welcome after hot days spent sightseeing. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and hot dishes. The dining area was clean and inviting, and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly. Overall, Foz Presidente Comfort Hotel offers great value, a convenient location, and truly kind and attentive service. We highly recommend it and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Central location in Foz, close to bustling restaurant and bar district

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The biggest drawback was that there was no hot water kettle in the room. So if one wanted to have a cup of coffee in the early morning or late night it was not possible. One had to go to the restaurant and bring some hot water. The other facilities in the room were also very basic so we can by no way call it 4 star

The room was pleasant, with a good size balcony, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath for two. The room was very clean and the cleaners were friendly and attentive. The receptionists were very good, and one could speak English too. One receptionist in particular was excellent and helped me to find a hairdresser/manicure/pedicure nearby very quickly. He also helped me organise the Rafain show when I could not book it online. He was super and I am sorry for not remembering his name. The buffet was very good both for dinner and breakfast with everything we liked and the staff there were excellent too. We have not used the pool because of the extreme heat but the surroundings were pleasant. The area was very safe despite some comments. Just two blocks away there were lots of shops and a shopping centre.
