The bar and pool area were very poor and smelled ! Not a pleasant place to sit , drink or swim

The hotel is fantastic value for money. It’s small and in a quiet location but still central with shops and a choice of nice restaurants nearby. All of the staff are really excellent and super helpful- even the cleaner made our day with a funny towel sculpture on the bed. Most speak excellent English. So satisfied wit t his hotel. Better than I thouht. the breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety of food. I can fully recommend this hotel, if I will come back to Foz De Iguazu, definately would stay here.

The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food on offer. We had the Iguacu Suite and the huge walk-in shower was great.

To be honest, I was not expecting too much from this hotel as it was a very good price but it far exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly the receptionists and the young man who ran the pool bar. The pool area on the roof was relatively small but definitely worth a visit - we found it very relaxing after a long day. The rooms were spotlessly clean with good facilities and a good size too. The location was perfect - it was in the centre close to the friendship bridge (Ponte da Amizade) between Brazil and Paraguay. We did venture out of the hotel briefly to a local pharmacy and the area felt safe and was relatively clean.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom good. Location was fine - close to restaurants and shops and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was OK

Very helpful staff at reception (seems to be manned 24/7, were very helpful when I was unable to get an Uber at 4.45am!). The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure great (although the temperature switched every now and again). Good breakfast, and helpful travel agent desk in the lobby - helped me book a last minute trip to the Argentinian side of the falls. I don't usually book through travel agents, but this was 100% worth it. There is also a large supermarket/hypermarket about a 10 minute walk from the hotel (although not one I'd do late at night), so it was great to be able to pick up snacks and lunch for the next day. Yes, it's a bit further away from the falls than the other (very swanky) hotels that are just outside the park, but it's easy to get an uber/taxi to the park and/or airport and much more cost effective.
