“Decent Play to Stay for a Night When Visiting the Brazilian Side of Iguazu Falls”
My first impression of this hotel was that they do Christmas right! We arrived on New Year's Day, and their decorations were amazing! Upon our arrival, we were treated to welcome drinks by the enthusiastic front desk staff. We were also informed that our room had been upgraded at no charge, which was a nice surprise. We’d booked a Double Room with 1 Double Bed, but not sure what class of room we ended up in. We ended up in a large (though dark) room with a sitting area, table and chairs, and 1.5 baths, that looked down over the pool. Breakfast here was amazing – the best we experienced in our entire 3-week trip to South America. Plenty of fresh fruit, cheese, cereal, pastries, etc. The area around the hotel didn’t have a lot going on, but there were a few restaurants right across the street, and a few more about a 15-minute walk away.

“A great hotel in the centre with brilliant staff and good facilities”
The cafe manhã was excellent. We arrived early in the morning and hotel allowed us to check in early for a small fee and the staff were so helpful and attentive. The room was good basic and clean. Over all an excellent stay on leaving the receptionist was excellent and so helpful spoke very good english which helped and made us feel very welcome. She origansied our own travel to the station and unfortunately we did not get her name but when the extra mile. Thank you

Our taxi from the airport was perfect, price, punctuality, politeness everything was perfect. Returning to the airport was terrible, it did not turn up, making us very scared we would miss our flight. HORRIBLE.

I slept 9 nights in the hotel....i had big room with big mirror .with bath and wirpool..room was quiet. My .bed was very comfortable.and big ..i had trezor and full fridge..( price was good) .every day the cleaning service cleaned and changed towels and replenished hygiene items...pool was nice with small jacuzzi good for relax ..with bar where you can have drink and food too... was nice surprise for me evening....the singer played the guitar..very nice ❤️👌.. No so much personál speak english..but is always sombody which speak english and can help .. personál is really very good and friendly👍👌.. Breakfest was always fresh and constantly supplemented (.no problém.if you come 15 min beffore 10.00👍.).was diverse and tasty.. Close to the hotel is a lot restaurants.. nice shopping center..5 min walk....place is not dangerous... I felt very comfortable in the hotel and if I visit this place in the future, I will definitely stay here... Thank you for nice tíme..😊 Anna .

Staff was awesome, room was very clean. Restaurant was great. There is soft live music at the swimming pool. Water in the pool is pleasantly warm.
